Dachen gypsum board is made of high-purity low chlorine desulfurization gypsum as the core substrate, selected long fiber wood pulp protective paper, and refined with green and environmentally friendly additives such as corn starch. With advanced production technology and strict quality control, our products cover a full range of products including standard gypsum board, water-resistant gypsum board, fire-resistant gypsum board, home decoration specific gypsum board, and GlasCore fiberglass faced gypsum based flame retardant board.

Production Process
Preparation by calcination: gypsum dihydrate, hemihydrate gypsum → Mixed pulping: Uniform mixing of slurry and additives → Face protection molding: Composite molding of slurry and protective paper → Fixed length cutting: Cut the slab according to the specifications → Dried finished products: Dry and produce finished gypsum board
