    Paper faced gypsum board is mainly made of building gypsum, with appropriate additives and fibers added as the core, and special board paper as the protective surface. It is processed into a board. It has the characteristics of light weight, sound insulation, heat insulation, strong processing performance, and simple construction method.

    Product Details

     

    (1) Back paper    (2) Gypsum board core    (3) Noodle paper

    (1) Hard edge: High density hard material can be processed easily, with strong nail holding force, non bursting edges and corners, and preventing cracking.

    (2) Paper thickness: 70% of the strength of gypsum board comes from paper, using high weight paper to increase the overall strength of the board.

    (3) High strength: Paper and board core are high-strength composite, and the paper and board core should not be separated or layered.

    Production Process

    Preparation by calcination: gypsum dihydrate, hemihydrate gypsum  →  Mixed pulping: Uniform mixing of slurry and additives  → Face protection molding: Composite molding of slurry and protective paper  →  Fixed length cutting: Cut the slab according to the specifications  →  Dried finished products: Dry and produce finished gypsum board
